Description

Graduated compression sleeves for your arms help improve blood and oxygen circulation in your forearm, elbow, and bicep. The compression fabric helps reduce muscle vibration which could cause soreness and fatigue.

To use, place thumbs inside the sleeve. Slip your arm through the sleeve so the bottom of the sleeve rests on your wrist. Gently slide the sleeve up the arm, so the top of the sleeve rests on your upper arm. Smooth out any bunching or wrinkles.
