Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return a product it must be registered within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Goods must be returned in their original condition (Unworn) and in their original packaging. Any products that are missing parts, damaged, or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for return.
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose a refund if goods are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to do.
Please make sure to register your return with us by contacting us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) we will then get back to you as soon as possible with return details.

All faults and discrepancies must be reported to us at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of the product and returned to us within 30 working days so the matter can be rectified. Anything reported after this time will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.
If you have made a mistake regarding the item you have ordered then you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
If, in the case that we have made a mistake with your order we will provide you with a specific return address and we will pay for the item to be re-despatched.
All items returned must be in its original packaging and in a re-sale able condition and by using your own courier/postal service. Registered Post is advisable to ensure that the items are signed for on delivery.
Postage costs may be refundable depending on the circumstance.
IMPORTANT: Items that are not returnable
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not exchange or refund pillows unless they are faulty. if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection we can not refund. Please ensure that you have selected these items carefully before purchase.
