Sleeves are interchangeable between arms and legs. Refer to the Size Chart and Measurement Guides below to ensure proper fit around your preferred treatment area.
Small (20cm - 26cm)
Medium (26cm - 33cm)
Large (33cm - 41cm)
X-Large (41cm - 51cm)
XX-Large (51cm - 61cm)
XXX-Large (61cm - 75cm)
Your Freeze Sleeve should fit snug around the treated area. It’s compression is not intended for support, but to hold the sleeve in place providing mobile recovery. If you are in between sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger size to ensure adequate cold therapy with compression.
ANKLE
- Place tape measure 2 inches above the bridge of the foot.
- Measure the circumference.
- Tape should be taut but not tight when measuring.
CALF
- While standing, arch heel off the ground to flex calf.
- Measure the circumference of largest portion of the calf.
- Tape should be taut but not tight when measuring.
KNEE
- While standing, slightly bend the knee to a 30 degree angle.
- Measure the circumference 3 inches above where the knee bends.
- Tape should be taut but not tight when measuring.
HAMSTRING
- While standing, slightly bend the knee to a 30 degree angle.
- Measure the circumference of the largest portion of the quad and hamstring.
- Tape should be taut but not tight when measuring.
WRIST
- Place tape measure 2 inches above where the wrist meets the hand.
- Measure the circumference of the wrist.
- Tape should be taut but not tight when measuring.
ELBOW
- Bend elbow to a 90 degree angle.
- Measure the circumference around the largest portion of the bicep/tricep.
- Tape should be taut but not tight when measuring.
